Day 01:
Arrival Delhi
Arrival at Delhi, transfer to hotel. In afternoon,
sightseeing tour of New Delhi visiting India Gate, Qutub
Minar, President’s House, Lotus Temple, etc. Night stay at
the Hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
For half day, sightseeing tour of Old Delhi visiting Red
Fort, Shanti Vana, Raj Ghat, etc. Afternoon free. Overnight
at the Hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Bhubaneswar - Baliguda
In morning you will be transferred to domestic airport to
board flight for Bhubaneswar. After arrival at Bhuvaneswar,
have breakfast & drive to Baliguda, enroute visiting typical
Orissan villages. Picnic lunch on the way. Dinner and
overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 04: Baliguda - Belghar - Rayagada
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Belghar and trek to
the villages of Kutia Kondh Tribes inside the forest and
mountains. The Kondhs were once famous in the history for
their Human Sacrifice. After visiting them, picnic lunch,
and proceed to Rayagada. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in
Rayagada.
Day 05: Rayagada – Chatikona – Koraput - Jeypore
Cultural Tour Orissa After breakfast drive down to Chatikona
to watch the interesting colorful weekly market of Dongaria
Kondh Tribes. This tribe is one of most primitive tribe of
the Kondh's they live in the high slopes of the Niyamagiri
Hills. These people are horticulturists. Later, drive to
Jeypore, enroute visiting some villages of Paraja tribes.
After arrival at Jaipore, transfer to a hotel.
Day 06: Jeypore - Ankadeli - Lamptaput - Jeypore
Today, we drive to Ankadeli to visit the famous Bonda
Tribes. Later, continue drive to Lampatput. Nearby villages
are famous for another interesting and primitive tribes of
Orissa - "Gadaba". Return drive to Jeypore. Dinner and night
stay in the hotel.
Day 07: Jeypore - Kunduli - Nandapur - Jeypore
In the morning, drive to Kunduli weekly market. Here you
will find the beautiful Sana Paraja & Mali tribes. Later, we
move to some of the villages to watch the beautiful village
life, etc. We go for trekking inside the beautiful valley of
Nandpur. In the evening, return drive to Jeypore, have
dinner and spend your in the hotel room.
Day 08: Jeypore - Taptapani
Have breakfast & start your day driving to Taptapani.
Enroute visiting to some Bada Paraja villages. Enjoy the
nature close to your heart at Taptapani. Arrive in the
evening at Taptapani, check-in to a hotel. Have dinner and
sleep peacefully.
Day 09: Taptapani - Chilika Lake - Bhubaneswar
In the morning after breakfast, drive down to Chilka Lake,
the largest Water lake in Asia. In winter, Chilika flutters
with thousands of migratory birds as far as from Siberia.
Later continue drive to Bhubaneswar, watch the salt
production process. Check in to a hotel at Bhubaneswar, have
dinner and relax in your hotel room.
Day 10: Bhubaneswar - Delhi
Today you are free in daytime. At evening transfer to
airport to board flight for Delhi. After arrival at Delhi,
transfer from domestic airport to international airport to
board flight for your hometown.
